Mozart

In Search of Mozart, the life of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, told through reenactments and interviews. (link)

What I can say is that this is a wonderful documentary film about the most talent musician. The performance, the interviews, the stories, are all wonderful.

If you love classical music, if you love Mozart, you can't miss this movie.

He is a genius, but he is not a weird person. He was full of humor sense, he loved his wife and sons and his parents very much, he loved life. He had the talent from the god but he lived his life in the real world. He worked for money to support his family life. Sometime he was so poor and was bothered very much by this awkwardness. It was unfair. It seems that music was not recognized materially enough at that time. But he never abused his talent. He worked very hard, not only for the kings and the publishers, but also for the people. He wrote so many masterpieces in his short life. And I love to read (or in fact, listen in the film) his letters written to his father, his wife and friends. Some of them are very cute and romantic.

一个八卦：朗朗在片子里演出，演奏了K491C "Concerto in C minor, No. 24" ，印象中他是一个很张扬的人，不少人因为这个不喜欢他。不过他的英语很不错，而且在这部电影里的演出也说明了他的钢琴才华确实还是得到很高认可的。

另一个八卦：莫扎特的天才在他年纪非常小的时候就展露出来，而且非常多产，而是都是非常高水平的，现在能被比为Mozart的话是一种无上的荣耀。去年Terence Tao得了Fields Medal之后，被誉为"Mozart of math"。我想关于出众才华和热爱生活这是一个很恰当的比喻：Tao也是天才，也不是怪人，人很随和谦逊，很爱生活，很爱自己的妻儿（比如在课上很高兴地向学生们宣布小家伙的降临），等等。
